Any suggestions?

Short version born with a lower back issue related to my lumbar and spine. Results get painful back spasms as a result of that to the point that I walk with a cane for weeks.

I have been to doctors and physical therapy. Doctors give meds that only do so much and are temporary. Physical therapy is nothing more than stuff I can do at home with next to no equipment and doesn’t cost me $50 each time. Goes without saying I don’t have a high opinion of physical therapy or therapists.

I think I finally found the right amount of exercises in a single routine to help prevent spasms. I have other things I do periodically like reverse hypers but this is my primary.

Just asking if you have suggestions I should consider after reading this list?
