Do you own a blind or awning or similar that has slats that tilt? Input needed

I'm working on some improvements to the (Cover Time Based integration)[https://github.com/Sese-Schneider/ha-cover-time-based\] which adds position tracking to covers (ie blinds, awnings, garage doors etc) that don't have position tracking built into the hardware.

I'm trying to nail down the different modes of interaction between tilting of slats and cover opening/closing so that the module works for the hardware that exists in the real world.

Do you own any such hardware? If so, please take a look at this issue and let me know if the proposed design would work for your hardware.
