Hormonal IUD anyone?

Is anyone here on the Kyleena IUD? I was on it years ago before finding out I had PMDD and remember feeling really stable. I had a bad reaction to the implant after my second kid and am scared to try birth control again because of it.

Can anyone share their experience?
