Boombox 8.6-.308

Realistically, how soon & how painless will it be to have both. Be it barrel swaps available or what have you.

Debating dropping $$$$ on an AR-10 or just waiting it out for a boombox that I can have shoot both, relatively painlessly ( I already have 3 q guns and want to keep it in the family )
