Worried to stop quercetin

After over 1.5 years of suffering I finally got a second/ third opinion from a doctor who rx’ed me quercetin. It has helped so much. Issue is for the third opinion there are more tests to be done- bc of course first allergist ordered the wrong tests in the past. So/ for the new tests I need to be off quercetin for 2 weeks. I figured I’ll time it when my progesterone highest / pre period. And turns out I’ll be getting allergy shots that week as well. So basically I’ll be in a flare and I am already dreading it even tho it is 3 weeks away :(. Nothing to be done right? Unless I forgo the testing. But wld be such a relief to have an answer.
