My aunt is trying to steal our money what should I do

I am 16f and am an single daughter. My mom is divorced and we were lived with my grandparents (mom side) she has an elder sister and her husband is an business man . They have very successful business. My grandpa was an real estate dealer had multiple assets had he had divided them among his two daughters grandchildren and wife . Her comes the problem every one had received their share of assets but the life insurance policy belongs to my grandma . He specifically stated that the insurance money should be given to my mom , everything that was given to my grandma should be given to my mom . But my mom had no idea and they took advantage. My mom is a stay at home mom, she as know idea about maintaining the finance my grandpa died due to stroke and she created his will in the death bed . Now the problem the life insurance agent is my uncle ( aunt's husband) with out my mom's knowledge he had listened himself and his wife as the nominee. We just found out and we are devestated. We don't have any income. Im still a student. What can I do because they are managing our finance. Is it possible we create a will stating the insurance money should belong only and only to my mom . Can I be done without their knowledge. Please give me advice and can you let me know any other reddit foram I can post this to get engagement. Please it's urgent.
