Monarch API - 525 error

I have built a standalone app for my wealth management, but when I hit the monarch API I always receive a 525 error.

Claude code debug insists this is a Monarch error and manually validates stored credentials as successful.

Any thoughts? Or is this just a common problem. Maybe I need to go direct to the institutions for data retrieval.
