Cossy ID

hey guys thinking of coming back after a while of not playing, I wanted to get my Neuron app linked up and i thought last time I played I got it done but I remember having to fight the systems alot for it. Anyway Im trying again to get my konami account to take the cossy ID i have but I always get errors and Im wondering if its even possible at this point. I dont think my locals and or future events i may attend require only using the neuron data to enter and should be able to use my card but I had hoped to get it lonked just in case. Anyone able to successfully link this stuff?
