Persona 5 Royal - Futaba's Palace broke me

I just beat the boss of Futaba's palace, and I cried so hard. Maybe it's because I work with kids, so stuff like this involving kids really gets to me, or maybe it's because I'm reading Futaba as autistic, and I too am autistic, and at her age, also was a depressed shut in and even had auditory hallucinations (but for different reasons), but her overcoming her demons really hit me in the feels super hard.

The Kamoshida stuff made me cry and hit me in the feels hard, but I didn't really feel much with Madarame or Kaneshiro. But Futaba hit me like semi truck, like, I'm sitting there sobbing mid boss fight.

I've heard the next palace is the fandom's least favorite, but I guess we'll see.
