Station wont recognize phone after changing phones.

Hello, I only use one charging station at my workplace. I used it regularly and all was well . I lost my actual card long ago but the station would recognize the phone app when I tapped my phone on the station reader. Then I got a new Iphone for Christmas. I downloaded the Chargepoint app and logged in. The station will not recognize my phone and when I try to look for available stations near me it says there are not any. Other cars are able to use the same stations. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that did not help. Any ideas?
