Strip club is threatening dancers to take falls for credit card disputes/buyer’s remorse. How do we fight this?

Location: Ohio

Long story short- our club accepts card as payment for rooms/lap dances. They charge 10% to the customer and an additional 10% from the dancer. We don’t always get our money the same night (with card). Sometimes they hold it until the next time we work.

The patron has to print and sign their name, fingerprint, and we take copies of their ID and card. Despite this, the club still has issues with customers winning chargebacks. Now they’re threatening the dancers… we will not get our money until several days have passed in case the customer decides to do a chargeback- if they succeed, we won’t get paid at all. What can I say to management if they pull this crap?
