Requesting an academic resource - Rebuilding Prospects for ‘Peace’: Gender, Civil Society, and Informal Spaces in Post-Coup Myanmar

Hello! Can anyone please suggest if there is any option to request an academic resource at Libgen or any other similar sites? I want this: [https://muse.jhu.edu/issue/56230\]. I saw there's the book request with ISBN at Z-library, but not for journal articles with ISSN. Thanks!
