Uber One Subscription Scam

I never signed up for this but have been charged $9.99 per month. I used an Uber gift card and apparently that automatically signed me up for a subscription? I have never received any benefits from this subscription and don’t even know what it is for.

Uber refuses to refund me for their scam.
