Graduate Student Fall Housing

Good morning.

I am enrolling in a graduate program at UGA this Fall. I am looking for housing under $800, preferably including utilities, that is pet friendly. Are there any apartment complexes that fit that description? I am open to a roommate but prefer 1 bed/1bath or a studio. I have no qualms about places that are considered "run down" or otherwise less than desirable. Thank you.
