[F4M] Kidnapped Pregnancy & Birth

Just over 9 months ago you kidnapped me from my home, and have locked me up in your secure basement. Above me your family still live and lead a normal life but you sneak down where i am to do as you please with me.

After our first time together we managed to get me pregnant. I have had no medical care and you have had to guess when the baby is due but i have a larger bump and suspect i may be carrying twins.

It is the middle of the night, you came to see me a few hours ago, for your normal nightly fun before your wife returns home but as i am laid on my single bed in the cornor of the room i am woken by the twinges in my back and the start of labour, my hands wrapped around my stomach, head buried into the pillow groaning out in discomfort and fear of an unmedicated birth all alone.
