Unable to buy WWE 2k25 Bloodline Edition since game left PS Plus.

After the game left PS Plus I went ahead to go and purchase the bloodline edition. I get a prompt stating I'm unable to do this right now. I can however, buy the $160 farewell Tour Edition no problem. What is going on?
