Sorry another child support Q.

Hi. I’m sorry for asking this but i’ve searched it up and don’t understand what to do. Please break it down to me like I was born yesterday if you know what I should do.

My ex husband (divorced two years separated for 7) hasn’t paid for CS once and hasn’t visited his daughter in 5/6 years. I live in texas I’m not sure where he resides but I’m struggling. Working full time and trying my best to make things work all on my own I need help. In our divorce papers he agreed to pay $800 a month of CS for our daughter. A payment has never been made, how can I get him to pay or start the process of re-filing. My daughter isn’t a burden but she shouldn’t have to suffer barely seeing her mom because I need to be the only one responsible for her well being.
