Can I pair ahaglow with 0.025% tret??

My dermat told me in November to use ahaglow s salicylic acid with glycolic acid face wash and tret at night and also told minocycline hydrochloride topical cream in the morning with sunscreen (ofc). So i used it for my left jawline area where I had some acne spots and most of them went away

But now I'm having a few pigmented spots on the right jawline and I'm scared to use that face wash with tretinoin because I think it'll make my skin worse because of too many actives. And I did start using tret for my right jawline but I think the spots became darker??

I stopped using it for 2 weeks and the spots became lighter but they haven't gone away. What do I do??

Also my dermat told me to only use tret on affected sides and she told me to use it daily for 6 months with that face wash. And as for my moisturizer I use acnemoist Btw I stopped using minocycline because it was only prescribed for 6 weeks

also I've used it everyday from November-December but after that I stopped for a while because the spots went away
