help me find a funny lil twitter comic about transitioning

two panel comic drawn in black and white. first panel has her pretransition with facial hair thinking/saying "i feel like shit" or "I'm depressed" or something to that effect. second panel she's in the same pose but has transitioned and is thinking something along the lines of "well that definitely helped but I still feel like shit" she may be wearing a beanie in both panels and is possibly posed holding her head in her hands but I'm not totally sure.
