Mega Man Xtreme 2 is kinda awesome when you don't have someone whispering in your ear about how much it sucks

Seriously I don't get the hate for this game. It's fully fledged Mega Man X game with 8 robot masters (16 if you count the secret boss rush mode with the Xtreme 1 bosses in it!), playable X and Zero WITH the ability to swap between them mid stage, 8 brand new boss weapons for Zero since he never fought the X 1/2/3 bosses, actual light capsules for Zero, upgrade shop, and the game is stunning for the GBC. One of the best looking games on the platform. Is there a little platforming jank? Yeah a small amount. And I do wish Zero's saber wasn't so stubby. But the game was made with almost no concessions and plays great. It's actually a great game when you give it a shot. (Screw the floods in Volt Catfish's stage though, I have no idea what the intended way to get past that is, I always trigger it then hop back across the spikes)
