Questions

Hey everyone I got the game (plus phantom liberty) a couple days ago and so far it's been super fun (and I'm trying mostly to play through without using tutorials and stuff like that) but I had a few general questions that were a little confusing to me

1. I don't know too much about how the upgrade system works. As I understand it you cannot upgrade a regular weapon to beyond its tier but you can with cyberwear. (unless the weapon is iconic). Is this true?

- so by extension it's better to wait til level 40+ to get most weapons in tier 5 or something like that?

2. is it cheaper at ripperdoc to upgrade your existing cyberwear say reinforced tendons from the tier i bought it to max once i have the matierals for it or is it cheaper to buy directly at higher tier once they get unlocked

3. does it matter if i fail certain gigs i think last night i failed the one where you steal a car for a dude who's in his garage
