Prediction: the Bolt will be built in China

GM has announced it’s not going to build the Bolt…in the US. I’m going to go out on a limb (or a bolt?) and predict GM will back pedal and make them in China (like some of their Buicks…for now). The reason: the change in EV policy in Canada allowing some Chinese imports.
