A question for the lefties

Hello fellow TN lovers,
My main diary is a TN 'normal' size and I would please appreciate your advice:
I'm re-learning to write with my left hand (long story) and would like advice from left handed people on how you use your diary best?
Is there any specific refills you would recommend for neater writing ?
