Questions for newbs

I have been with Visible from the very beginning. I have not kept up with the changes in plans and promotions over the years.

I have some young guys at my job that are paying way too much.

What plan(s) should they get and how? They would all BYOD, do they need referrals? Do I get any benefit from the referrals? I am from the days of the Reddit party plans.

Without decoding all of the marketing hype on Visible website, what is easiest, cheapest and simplest?
