Places in Madison to buy septum rings?

Morning! I'm looking for a piercing shop in Madison where I can get my septum sized up, I don't need a repierce, just a new ring. I got it done a few years ago at Avante Garde in mke and don't quite know what size would be next so looking for professionals. I've tried looking it up but can't seem to find one that also sells the rings. Any help is mega appreciated😁
