Ee glitch kinda scam

Hey, there is a guy who I know he was getting 175 mars when he checked his response sheet from mathongo and other websites(with link) but now when the results are out the website is showing 18 percentile how is it even possible unfortunately he had also not downloaded the response sheet... Plz help guys
