Qu’en to go see a doctor

Hey guys so I’m doing a sleeve right now and I went for my third appointment, everything looked fine until I started to see some little green spot on it. It my first time with an infect tattoo and I’m really trying not to freak out. My tatoo artist told me to put some antibiotic cream on it but my question is when should I go to see a pharmacist or a doctor? I’m kinda scared honestly 😅
