Convert Pre-RT mods to RT compatibility?

Wanted to play around with them but besides downpatching seeming to break all my dlc, and seemingly making it so I can't play on 120fps (my preferred category for speedrunning) I kinda just don't wanna touch the pre-RT version (unless someone minds helping in this regard).

I've seen some folks convert/update theres so I feel like there must be a method but I can't seem to find a tutorial or steps anywhere.
