Another Speed Question about Breakpoints

My main plan for Sparkle who is currently E1 will be to get Sparxie. Simulating that team with my e2 (Teamwide 12% speed) Yao Guang and Archer, I am curious if E2 Yao Guang changes the breakpoints.

• If w/ E1 and Eagle/Non-DDD LC is 168.2 speed to sim 200 spd
• Would w/ E1 Sparkle & w/ E2 Yao, would that be theoretically reduced to 156.1 speed to sim 200?
• How I'm understanding this I just reduce the previous breakpoints by ~12 speed to account for the 12% from Yao's field?
• Would this also make the non eagle breakpoint -12.12 as well?

Granted IDK how long Yao and Sparkle will be together but as of now and with Sparxie I wanted to ensure I hit the correct breakpoint. As my eagle luck is awful.
