Severe acid reflux?

Is anyone else experiencing severe acid reflux as a symptom of peri? I seem to have hit hard with a litany of symptoms all at once and I'm just trying to figure out what is perimenopause and what isn't. I've always had painful periods and in the past couple years have had big changes in the quality of my period, with my first extended bleeding in January. I had bleeding on and off for 25 days, new migraines with a lot of dizziness and vertigo, and now severe and persistent reflux. I can't eat anything but soupy rice. I've already seen a doctor for all of these things. I had a scan of my abdomen with contrast and an endoscopy and I'm still waiting on the endoscopy results. It could be any number of things but I know reflux can be a symptom of peri and it seems like quite a coincidence for all of these things to suddenly be happening at once.
