Hours have returned at my store. But at the cost of veteran/OG workers.
Alot of the original crew has left or leaving this year due to a sister store opening up in December. After hours were cut I guess most people decided to jump ship once they realized TJs didn't care about their dedication. It's been 3 months and most of the new hires don't care to backstock frozen or make carts for sections. Some don't help bag during register or some just float around. Leading to more work because no teamwork. My mate got mad at frozen crew last night because they kept pulling carts but not backstocking frozen simultaneously just leaving backstock in a corner. Now hours are back due to everyone leaving but also leaves so much work for us who know what to do. Plus everyone who I had fun working with isn't there anymore so leading to just a boring shift. Rant over.
