life events, terrified of getting worse again

I need advice. I’m in the process of moving and oof it is taking a toll on my mental health. I’m extremely worried of losing all the progress i’ve made. For context, i’ve had severe emetophobia for almost 10 years and i developed severe agoraphobia in 2021 because of it. I was completely house bound (bed bound more like) for a few years and then in 2024 it suddenly got a little bit better. Up until now i was able to go places on foot and take the car with my mother if needed. I had stopped feeling like shit in my home (no more panic attacks every day and chronic pain) and had started eating semi normally again. I have a job and i was mostly fine there (only 6h a week and it’s right next to my house). Anyway, since coming to terms with the fact that i’m going to be moving very soon i started getting worse. I had a huge panic attack while visiting the new apt and i had panic attacks at my job too. I’ve stopped eating again because i feel sick and i wake up in the middle of the night in a panic. Both phobias were as extreme as they can be before i got better and i CAN’T go through that again i just can’t. I am terrified. I try to maintain a sense of normalcy but it’s not helping and i can tell it’s only going to get worse. I know progress isn’t linear and agoraphobia comes and goes but has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do?
