How tf did Rodrik critically wound Lord Whitehill by jamming a spear into his abdomen? Ludd was donning full plate armor with gambeson and likely chainmail underneath, it would be more convincing had Rodrik smashed him in the chest with a mace but a spear can hardly even dent its surface no matter how strong you are.

Unless Rodrik enchanted the spear with magic rune to make it armor piercing, idk :/
