SM position offered

So I applied for a store manager position (currently an SM at Ross) and before I accept I want to get a little more information on the position from real people outside of meetings LOL

My question is how is the work/life balance?

How many hours are store managers pulling a week?

Is vacation time still vacation or are you getting calls about work?

How is upper management? Any pros or cons would be really nice!
