Charging Software Glitch

Today morning I connected my phone to charger and suddenly the phone kept connecting and disconnecting frequently while charging, I restarted it and the phone suddenly shows 60% battery from 15%, and kept on connecting and disconnecting from charging, I restarted my razr 50 ultra again and then it showed 14% and started charging normally, but once I disconnect the charger and reconnect it then the same loop is starting, it's so frustrating, today evening it again started the loop and stuck at 60%, it was 28% when I plugged it in, after restarting it's showing 60% and continuing the connect-disconnect loop, anyone who faced this please help me out with this issue, is this a software glitch, a hardware problem I'm not able to figure it out. any help is appreciated, thank you so much.

note: facing lot of bugs since Android 16, is this a part of it? if yes then it's such a shitty rollout, please rollback to 15 when you can, Android 16 patch is very unstable. I don't know if this issue is due to Android 16 but just wanted to vent.
