First snowboard

im looking to bit my first snowboard. I’m a total beginner, female, 165 lbs, 5 ft 8 inches. I will be going to ski areas in Michigan (caberfae, pine knob etc) i need it all. Boots, bindings, board. and are the step on bindings worth the price?
