Unpopular opinion but I’m fine with the Bears stadium being built in Indiana.

I understand there are a lot of fans who live in the city and would love for the stadium to stay there. That said, there are just as many fans who live outside of the city. For a lot of us, getting to a stadium in Indiana is much more convenient than going downtown.

This was a business decision and whether we like it or not, we can’t reasonably expect a business to willingly take a bad financial deal. If Illinois was willing to give the Bears a similar deal to what Indiana offered, I’m sure they would have stayed.

I look forward to a modern stadium that I can attend without being riddled with anxiety trying to navigate through a major city that I’m not familiar with.

I understand this isn’t a popular opinion so I’d love to hear others’ thoughts, especially those who don’t live near the city.
