Lost my passport/visa and renewing on STEM OPT

Hi!

I was a student in my studies in F1, I lost my passport while in USA.

Luckily, I was able to go to my country's embassy in NY and make a new passport. However my visa is gone since mid 2024. I don't have a visa in my new passport. My country's visa is only one year anyway so I would need to renew. I haven't left the country since.

I am on STEM opt now (just got my card renewed). Will I have trouble coming back and reapplying for a new visa since im no longer a student
