Pathway of Souls, part 3
Mahito and Casey remained in the pathway of souls for a very long time. They completely lost track of the way days passed on Earth. Sometimes, a person would pass the two of them, on their way to their next life, and sometimes Mahito would take an interest in that person and chat them up before returning to his usual sitting around. When he wasn’t doing that, he was spending time with Casey. Over the years, the two held, touched, and fucked each other in every way they could think of. The cursed energy Casey had brought with her didn’t deplete; it was recycled over and over between the two of them, exchanged between kisses, cumshots, and especially tight hugs.
Additionally, the nature of the afterlife made it so that their souls weren’t able to grow or change on a large scale. In this manner, the two never grew tired of one another, as they might have otherwise been normally. Mahito became able to somewhat reshape the environment around him, since the pathway was made from something very similar to souls. Casey didn’t fully understand it herself, but was happy for more variety in things to do with Mahito.
Right now, the two lounged together on a couch he had made. She lay her head on his shoulder. “How was finding Yuji?” she asked. The two couldn’t see the mortal world without much effort, so keeping tabs on anyone alive was difficult indeed.
“Nope. I thought I found him, but it was some other kid. Remind me, how long has it been by now? Feels like years. Itadori’s gotta show up.”
“Yeah, it has been a long time, but I’m certain he’ll die eventually. Humans can get pretty long-lived.”
She smiled at him. Just then, a door opened on the far side of the path. Two figures stepped out into the path, one unfamiliar and one… Itadori Yuji. Finally!
