Safest Barangay/Place to Rent

Hi! Just wanted to ask kung ano ang safest barangay (flood/crime/traffic) to rent in Pasig?

My sister and I are looking for apartment to rent sana, and we're eyeing Pasig since her work is closer there. I work in Makati, but since I'm the ate and mas knows ko mag commute, I can adjust naman.

Its kinda urgent, so we're planning na mag libot around Pasig on Saturday sana, but we're not sure kung saan part ng Pasig. 🥺

Also if you happen to know any 1BR apartments for rent, we'd appreciate the recos 🥺 budget is 10-12k.
