What is an acceptable HR?

I am taking 10mg of Adderall IR three times daily and my resting HR on my Garmin watch says my average in the last since starting this dose is 98 BPM. Before starting medication I was at 60-70 BPM average and it’s slowly went up as I’ve titrated my dose.

Is a 20-30 BPM increase in resting heart rate a cause for concern?
