Keyboard shortcuts?

Is there a way to go back to normal keyboard shortcuts? In every other program ctrl+s saves, ctrl+b bolds and and ctrl+f searches for instance, and that was also the case in older versions of office, but now my office is giving me ctrl shift T to search, ctrl B to save, ctrl G to bold... Very annoying.

Did I turn on a disability setting or something? Or did they change it for no reason? Can I change it back?
