He blocked me but not her?

The aviodant man I dated apparently there was a girl he started following when he started getting cold towards me and it looks like they were a thing or idk but she reposts a lot about breakup, she even have a quote on her profile where it says ”maybe not in this lifetime but I know we were meant to be” in his language. She commented on his company post as well so I’m pretty sure they were something.

He unfollowed her and she followed him again now and he didn’t follow back.

My question I got blocked on WhatsApp but this girl gets only unfollowed even when she is clearly sad and he didn’t block her?

What could it be:( I’m just so hurt since he took me home I went the the church with his fam went to his work. We were like a couple idk.
