Civilian Concern

This is a pretty long shot, but this afternoon on the N2 between the R300 and Mew Way turn offs I saw a silver Toyota carolla(?) standing next to the road towards Somerset West. I saw a young lady jump out, wearing what looked like black gym clothes (sports top and sports pants), running towards the open field and a guy either getting into or out of the car. I was concerned so I turned around, but by the time I got to the spot I couldn't see anything or anynone. I just want to know if she is okay as it got me worried that I couldn't stop in time as I was still trying to figure out what's happening, it all happened just as I passed, but I was in the right lane. Anyone else see anything suspicious or?...
