Technical Death Metal Etudes?

Hey guys. I only ever formally learned jazz guitar but I'm way more into metal and like to play metal songs. I'm trying to learn a song that acts as an etude: basically includes a bunch of techniques typical in metal songs to improve my skills in these areas. I figured tech death is a good place to start since it's LITERALLY about the technique. I like Dying Fetus but the sweeping makes it a bit out of my league, so I was thinking maybe Carcass or Decapitated might have some songs like this? What do you guys think?
