Pregnancy?

Hey yall, I had gotten intimate with a cis man last night and he had finished inside me. I know being on hormones means that the possibility is always there but since I was like, I’ve only had my period a handful of times and I’m not really sure about my fertility. Should I just say “fuck it” and get a plan B, take a test, or just pray?

Idk how this works, it was my first time with a man and I’m not too worried but now the possibility is open
