chapter 35 apartment

hello i have a question about being able to get an apartment with using chapter 35 benefits. there would be 2 other people on the lease but my payment would also help us get approved and i want to know if there’s any way i would be able to get approved with just my VA benefits. I’m in Texas. If there’s anybody else who has done this what did you show them? because they only sent me the payment schedule till the semester ends and the lease is up in November so im not sure if that’ll work. i know its a long shot but let me know if you have any advice ty!
