Time Stranger, should I restart?

I know someone else asked this like last week but i might have an actual reason.

I'm as far as meeting >!Junomon just after Vulcanus. !<I know it's not too terribly far, But I failed to realize side quests are missable, and I feel like im doing things all wrong. I havent even touched the Digifarm, poorly used my agent points, and I feel im horrificly underleveled. I have a full team of level 10-12 champs and I'm lucky if i even do 600 damage. Idk if its cuz im still relatively early but it took me a while to beat the aforementioned boss. It was literally just a war of attrition and I almost lost cuz I ran out of heals.
