Delta canceled my flight

Return flight from Mco to rdu canceled without notice or approval by delta. They then didn’t wanna honor the original price I paid. It took me over two hours on the phone to get anywhere. First the flight I was originally on was t available. Then it was but for twice the price I paid. They said no so many times and I just kept saying that’s not good enough. We eventually got back our original flight at the original price I paid.

Ps this was the return flight after a two week cruise with a family of four. Delta made the mistake and it was such a hassle to me for them to remedy. I double checked and never got any email saying my flight was canceled. Delta said I should have known if was canceled when my card was refunded….. I don’t check that while im out of the country on vacation.
