"No Device Found" Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m having a really frustrating issue with Synapse 4.

I’m using a Viper V3 Pro and a BlackWidow V4 Pro. Both devices are working perfectly fine in Windows. I can use them normally — no disconnects, no hardware issues at all.

However, inside Synapse 4, I get a “No device found” error. No matter what I try, nothing works…And this started only after upgrading to Synapse 4. I did not have this issue before.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any workaround or fix?

I’m honestly losing my patience at this point.

Any help would be appreciated.
